Web20Tools and has taken great precautions to ensure that your credit card information
is kept secret through the use of RSA encryption. This security is generally regarded as
one of the strongest available.

2.3 How long does it take to obtain my license key after an online purchase?
After our registration service receives your online credit card order, it may take up to
12 hours to authorize your transaction. As soon as your charge is authorized you will
receive an authorization e-mail with your serial number. If your credit card is declined,
then you will receive an e-mail stating the reason. If you do not receive any e-mail
within 24 hours, then there is a problem with your order. In that case, please contact
us by e-mail at

2.4 How will the purchase appear on my credit card statement?

3.3 How can I get the physical media for the software I purchased and what is the cost?
We offer physical media in the form of a CD/DVD in addition to the electronic delivery
of our software. The media should arrive 10 to 15 days later. The cost is USD $50 per CD
ordered, plus shipping.

3.4 How do I activate the Web20Tools software I have with the license I purchased?
When you run the software for the first time, the 30-day trial period limitation of the
software is activated.

3.6 What exactly will I receive if the product is delivered by e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail that will include the license key purchase
reference number, payment confirmation, and invoice. The confirmation also includes contact
information for billing, service, support, and product registration.

4.1 What is included in Support and Maintenance?
Support includes email support during our standard business hours provided your Support and
Maintenance is kept current.
Response time for email support is typically 1 business day. Requests
are handled on a first-in, first-out basis.
Maintenance includes ALL minor and major version updates and upgrades to the software at no
charge as long as your Support and Maintenance is kept current. You will then have access
to our latest and greatest releases at no charge.
Support and Maintenance starts at the date of purchase and continues for one year. You have
the option to purchase a renewal each year, provided you do so prior to your maintenance
expiring. In the event your maintenance contract does expire, you will need to purchase an
upgrade for your licenses to become current.

4.2 Will you notify us when it is time to renew our annual Support and Maintenance?
Yes, approximately one month before your Support and Maintenance contract is due to expire
we will send an email to the person on record for your purchase. However we sometimes find
that the original person who made the purchase is no longer with the company and can have
difficulty locating the proper contact for the renewal.
We do not maintain your credit card number on file and therefore, cannot process recurring
purchases.
Please keep in mind that although we will send a reminder as a courtesy, it is ultimately
the customers responsibility to ensure that your Support and Maintenance is renewed prior
to its expiration. In the event your Support and Maintenance expires, you will need to
purchase an upgrade for your licenses should you need support or want to bring your software
up to date in the future.
Please use whatever measures are available within your company for license accounting or
configuration manangement so that the correct department is notified of the rewewal as a
result of your internal procedures for such renewals.

If you lose the license key you can obtain it by email or contact us with the name, e-mail address, and proof of

No. However, there may be re-export restrictions from your own country. You are solely
responsible for ensuring that you comply with all Canadian, foreign and U.S. regulations
applicable to the import, export or re-export of our products.

5.7 Can I transfer a license I own to another user?
You can transfer all of your rights under the End-User License Agreement (EULA), provided
you retain no copies, components, media, or any part of the software. Notification of transfer
must be done in writing to Web20Tools/ToolButton Inc. and must include all software
identification information. We also require that you inform us of the complete new user contact
information.
