Incomplete RDF 1.0 support? Rate Topic Display Mode Topic Options Message Posted 5/14/2007 6:46 AM Post #1 Bellevue   Hello,   we are currently evaluating your RSS library. All in all it looks quite good, but the implementation doesn't seem to fully support RDF 1.0 as promised on the web site:   We are retrieving an RDF feed from the biggest Austrian Broadcasting company: http://rss.orf.at/news.xml The feed is validating successfully in http://www.w3.org/RDF/Validator/ and is conform to the specification linked on your website (http://web.resource.org/rss/1.0/spec)   The problem: the item "dc:date" is not read, so the RssItem.PubDate field stays empty. Since the dc:date field represents the PublishDate in RDF, the RssItem.PubDate should be filled with this information.   Full support of the RSS/RDF specifications is very important to us. If you could fix this bug (and assure us that you will fix similar bugs in future if they arise) then we will be happy to buy your product!   Thanks, Harald « Prev Topic | Next Topic »
